Tailgate Parties

Enhance your Arrowhead experience with a customized tailgate party for your guests and let the Chiefs coordinate this event for you. Tailgate options are available through the Group Sales Department. They can be reached at 816.920.4824 or email groups@kcchiefs.org.

To provide visitors the safest and most enjoyable tailgating experience at Arrowhead Stadium, we ask that all guests make themselves aware of the parking code of conduct.

Tailgating

Taxi Cab

Taxis are available on the east side of the stadium, across from Lot A, on Red Coat Drive on event days. To inquire about a taxi on the day of the event, visit one of the nearest Fans First Booths presented by Sprint and they will be able to assist you. Scout Investments Club Level patrons should visit a concierge desk.
The Taxi Drop Off point is located on the northeast side of the stadium on the corner of Lot M and Lot A. Vehicles must enter Gate 1 for the drop off service. Non-emergency wheelchair assistance to your stadium seating location is available at the bus drop-off.

Team Store

The 4,000 square foot Kansas City Chiefs Team Store is located on the North side of Arrowhead Stadium, directly behind the Founder’s Plaza area. The Team Store has the largest selection of Chiefs Merchandise in the Kansas City area including men’s, women’s and youth apparel, items for the home, one-of-a-kind souvenirs and many other items. The Team Store is open Tuesday-Wednesday from 11 AM – 6 PM and Thursday-Sunday from 9:3o AM – 6 PM during the off-season.

Non-event day parking is located nearby in Lot M. On Kansas City Royals gamedays, the parking attendants will direct customers to designated parking spaces in Lot M.
Chiefs Shops are permanent and portable gift shop locations on all levels of Arrowhead Stadium that are open during the event.

Text Messaging

Text messaging is an additional line of communication on event day to report guest conduct or stadium issues more clearly and confidentially. Text “CHIEFS” YOUR LOCATION AND ISSUE TO 69050. Standard SMS rates apply. Guests can text three hours prior to event start, during the event and 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event.

Thermos Bottles

Thermos bottles are prohibited in Arrowhead.

Ticket Exchange Program

Buy and Sell Chiefs tickets with NFL Ticket Exchange at NFL.com powered by Ticketmaster! Buy great tickets direct from season ticket holders and other fans or sell tickets you can’t use! For more details, visit the NFL Ticket Exchange at NFL.com powered by Ticketmaster.

Season Ticket Holders can sell your season tickets anonymously to other fans by logging in to your personal My Chiefs Account. There is no fee for posting tickets and only a nominal fee when tickets are sold. The process is secure – simply highlight the tickets you wish to sell, choose the selling price, the expiration date and submit the listing. Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy.

Ticket Office

The Arrowhead Stadium Ticket Office is located between the Founder’s Plaza and the Hy-Vee Gate on the northwest side of the stadium. It is open Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturdays prior to Sunday games from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Sundays 3-1/2 hours prior to kick off through the second quarter.

Ticket Resale

It is illegal to sell your tickets, regardless of price, inside the confines of the Truman Sports Complex. To do so on the property is to risk arrest.
Season Ticket Holders: You can sell your season tickets anonymously to other fans by logging in to your personal My Chiefs Account. There is no fee for posting tickets and the processes is secure – simply highlight the tickets you wish to sell, choose the selling price, set the expiration date and submit the listing.

Tow Trucks

Tow trucks are on the property in the parking lots to assist guests who encounter problems with their vehicles before, during or after Chiefs events. Please call Customer Relations at 816.920.4237 if you are in need of assistance.

Tower Gate

The Tower Gate is the press, media, Scout Investments Club Level, Suite and Penthouse entrance. The Tower Gate is located on the South side of the stadium in front of Lot E.
Press and Penthouse guests should use the elevators located at the Tower Gate entrance of Arrowhead Stadium to reach their seats. Please note, patrons will need to use the elevators on the far west side of this location, as not all elevators access the Press Level.

Traffic

The Chiefs provide traffic directors, who are responsible for vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the streets and intersections on the complex. You will be directed to the closest available parking lot in accordance with the parking plan; however, if you are a Gold parking member you will be directed to your specific lot (your Gold parking pass provides details). Event traffic moves in a clockwise direction.

Training Camp

The 2012 Chiefs Training Camp will be conducted on the campus of Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, MO. The campus is located approximately 55 minutes from downtown Kansas City and is only 35 minutes north of Kansas City International Airport.
