Fall Classic X
The Fall Classic XI between Northwest Missouri State and Pittsburg State will be held at Arrowhead Stadium in 2012. When available, tickets can be purchased at select Ticketmaster outlets and at Arrowhead Stadium Ticket Office located between Founder’s Plaza and the Hy-Vee Gate on the northwest side of the stadium. For onsale dates and announcement of when the Fall Classic will be stay tuned to www.goarrowhead.com.
Family Restrooms
All Family Restrooms have changing stations and are located on each level of Arrowhead Stadium. These restrooms are intended solely for guests with children.

Family Zone

Fans First Booths – Presented by Sprint
The foundation of the Chiefs has been and always will be our fans. Customer Relations has been created to meet your needs and inquiries. Representatives at Fans First Booths are stationed on the Upper and Lower Levels of Arrowhead Stadium to answer your questions and listen and respond to any concerns.

Scout Investments Club Level Concierge are located at each gate of Scout Investment Club Level and on the Scout Investments Club Level Tower Club and North Club.
Fans Give Back
The Kansas City Chiefs and Ticketmaster are teaming up with Chiefs fans to give back to the community through the donation of tickets. Ticket holders may donate tickets on a game by game basis to either Big Brothers Big Sisters or the VFM Foundation. The charity of their choosing will issue a receipt for the value of the tickets that you can be used for tax purposes. Each person who receives a donated ticket will be given a small soda and hot dog compliments of Aramark and Levy Restaurants.
To donate tickets, log in to My Chiefs Account and go to the “Manage Your Tickets” section. Follow the instructions to forward your tickets free of charge. To allow the charities sufficient time to distribute the donated tickets, they must be submitted three [3] days prior to the game date.

Food
Outside food is prohibited in Arrowhead. Guests with medical dietary restrictions may call Customer Relations at 816.920.4237 or email at customerrelations@kcchiefs.org. Otherwise, patrons are not allowed to bring food into the stadium. For a list of Arrowhead Concessions, please reference “Concession Options“.
Foolish Club
The Foolish Club on Scout Investments Club Level is a spacious, upscale cocktail lounge featuring cocktails, beer and wine as well as plasma screen monitors to follow the action on gamedays. The historic backdrop theme is in commemoration of the founders of the American Football League.
Footballs
For safety and security, you are prohibited in bringing footballs into Arrowhead.
Founder’s Club
Located on the North side of Arrowhead Stadium at street level, the Founder’s Club features an upscale sports bar environment that is both comfortable and private while boosting the overall action and gameday atmosphere. On gameday, the Founder’s Club is home to the Kansas City Chiefs Ambassadors. Members can enjoy meeting some of their favorite former players and hearing their insights on the upcoming game.
Amenities of the Founder’s Club include concierge service, upscale food and beverage options, live entertainment, pregame Chiefs Cheerleader appearances, and convenient access to the Chiefs Team Store. Additional benefits of being a Founder’s Club member include a premium, private entrance near the Founder’s Plaza gate, early entrance into the club that begins two and a half hours prior to kickoff, as well as the luxury of staying one hour after the conclusion of the Chiefs game to catch other game action around the league on one of the numerous high definition televisions.
Founder’s Plaza
Located on the North side of the stadium, a heroic-sized statue of Lamar Hunt greets guests as they enter the Founder’s Plaza. The Founder’s Plaza is an area honoring Hunt’s vision as a sportsman, a business leader and an innovator. As a tribute to Season Ticket Holders and fans, the Founder’s Plaza also includes personalized bricks ensuring them a permanent place in Chiefs History.
Fundraising
The Kansas City Chiefs, along with their food service partners at Aramark and Levy Restaurants, offer a unique fundraising opportunity for non-profit organizations in the Kansas and Missouri areas. Concession stands at Arrowhead Stadium are offered to volunteer groups who staff and operate the stand. In return they receive a percentage of the sales produced in that location.
