Plastic baby bottles are permitted into the stadium if the infant is with the guest.

All Family Restrooms have changing stations and are located on each level of Arrowhead. Changing stations are also located in most women’s and men’s restrooms.

Bottle of Water
You are permitted in bringing one sealed bottle of water per ticketed guests. There are also drinking fountains and concessions located amongst the concourses in the stadium.
Breast Pumps
Breast pumps and supplies are permitted in Arrowhead.
Broadcast Suite Lounge
The Broadcast Suite Lounge is an exclusive area to Broadcast Suite holders and guests. Upon entering the Broadcast Suite Lounge, Broadcast Suite holders are greeted by a private concierge service available that is available for any of your event day needs. It is home to the National Television broadcast crew and features a décor themed towards all 32 teams in the National Football League with one wing dedicated to the AFC and the other highlighting the NFC. The Broadcast Suite Lounge also provides various lounge seating, a full service cash bar including premium liquor options and an all-inclusive pre-game buffet.
Broadcast Suite
Located on the Plaza Level of Arrowhead Stadium, the Broadcast Suites provide what the NFL considers as the best height and distance from the field for sideline camera locations to provide an excellent and unparalleled view of the event action. Broadcast Suite ticket holders enter through a private entrance, after crossing over the Chiefs Hall of Honor presented by Time Warner Cable, a one of kind area honoring former Chiefs players and history. Upon entering the Broadcast Suite Lounge, broadcast suite holders are greeted by a private concierge service that is available for any of your event needs. This exclusive area is also home to the National Television broadcast crew and features a décor themed towards all 32 teams in the National Football League with one wing dedicated to the AFC and the other highlighting the NFC. The Broadcast Suite Lounge also provides various lounge seating, a full service cash bar including premium liquor options, and an all-inclusive pre-game buffet. The eight broadcast suites include varied seating capacities ranging from twelve to forty per location as well as private restrooms, private elevator access and VIP parking with valet service.

Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver
Guests who wish to enroll in the Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program should visit a Fans First Booth – Presented by Sprint – located on the Field and Upper Levels of Arrowhead Stadium. Scout Investments Club Level patrons may visit a concierge location to enroll in the program. You will be given a wristband and a coupon for a free non-alcoholic beverage. Individuals will also be registered in a prize drawing at that time.
Buffet
The Chef’s Table buffet is located in the North Club on the Scout Investments Club Level. Salads, entrees and side dishes will be available for those guests looking for a more complete meal in the club setting.

Event specific bulletins will be available on the events page. The bulletins will include necessary information to make your event day experience optimal.
Bus Drop Off/ Pick Up
The drop off and pick up point is located Northeast of the stadium on the corner of Lot M and Lot A on Red Coat Drive. Vehicles must enter Gate 1 for drop off service. Non-emergency wheelchair assistance to your stadium seating location is available at the bus drop off.
For your convenience, bus transportation is available to Arrowhead Stadium on select stadium events by Kincaid Coach. Reservations with Kincaid Coach are made online at www.kincaidcoach.com or via phone at 913.441.6200.
Bus Parking
Bus parking is located in the gravel area behind Lot N, grass areas and limited spaces in Lot A on a first-come, first-serve basis. The cost of bus parking is $65 and overnight parking for any type of vehicle is prohibited.
