Accessible parking is available in the front of Lots B, C, D, F, G, H and M. The appropriate state-issued hang tag or license plate is required and strictly enforced. If you have a hang tag we ask that you display it in a visible location to help the parking staff direct you to the designated parking areas. In addition, the person to whom the disabled tag was issued must be in the vehicle and may be asked to present a state disabled registration card. Accessible parking is available for purchase on the day of the event is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.


For Chiefs games and College games: Closed-captioned LED boards are found in both end zones and provide captioning on all announcements made over the public address system, including calls made by the referees and other in-game announcements.

Elevators are located throughout the stadium and are available to all ticket holders. The Press Level, featuring the Penthouse, may be accessed through the Tower Gate elevators. The End Zone elevators may be used by Upper Level End Zone and Scout Investments Club Level guests to access the street-level designated smoking areas.

There are also four escalators in the stadium providing access to the Scout Investments Club Level. Two are located at the Founder’s Plaza Gate and two at the Tower Gate.


Special lanes have been designated at the Tower Club East and Founder’s Plaza East gates for families with small children and other guests needing assistance.  These gates will open 1 1/2 hours prior to kickoff.


Family restrooms are used solely as companion restrooms. The only situation where multiple guests may enter these restrooms is when assistance is needed by one of the attending patrons.

All family restrooms have changing stations and are located on each level of Arrowhead Stadium.

The Chiefs provide several passenger carts that tour the parking lots and offer assistance to the stadium gates on a first-come, first-served basis. Cart assistance begins 2-1/2 hours prior to the event through the start of the event.

For Gamedays: Assistance back to the lots begins at the start of the third quarter and continues for 60 minutes after the game concludes.  Call the guest hotline on gamedays at 816.920.9300 for assistance.  Call 816.920.4237 for assistance on non-gamedays.

For other events: Assistance back to the parking lots will continue for 60 minutes post event conclusion. Call 816.920.9300 for assistance on event day.

The Chiefs provide wheelchairs for transport inside the stadium; however, if a guest is in need of a wheelchair for the duration of an event, they are asked to provide their own. Non-emergency wheelchair assistance is available at stadium gates.  After the event to receive wheelchair assistance visit one of the following first aid stations or call the Guest Hotline at 816.920.9300.
