JACKSON COUNTY PREFERENCE PLAN

In order to reward the taxpaying individuals and businesses who are residents of Jackson County (“JC”) for their commitment to Arrowhead Stadium and the Kansas City Chiefs, the following procedures have been established:

PROOF OF PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

Proof of property ownership is required to receive any of the benefits offered under this Jackson County Preference Plan. Proof of property ownership includes a current valid government-issued photo identification or other photo identification acceptable to the Chiefs (a “Photo ID”) of the person purchasing the tickets and a current personal or business Jackson County, Missouri personal or real property tax receipt. The address on the Chiefs account must be located within Jackson County. For businesses, a current copy of the employee identification for the person making the purchase must also be included.

CHIEFS SEASON TICKETS

JC residents will receive two (2) days of preferred new season ticket purchases. A two-day period shortly after the conclusion of each football season, each year, will be established and posted on the Chiefs website with at least thirty (30) days notice outlining the on-sale and its requirements. This new season-ticket purchase period will follow the release of tickets of non-renewing Season Ticket Holders and precede the priority upgrade program for current Season Ticket Holders. Requirements will include purchase in person at the Chiefs Ticket Office with documented proof of Jackson County property tax payment and a Photo ID.

Parking: Beginning with the 2011 Chiefs season, Jackson County Season Ticket Holders renewing tickets and ordering season parking and who mail in a copy of their supporting property tax payment documentation (with their renewal information) will be exempt from the Parking User Fee. The property tax payment information must match the information on the Season Ticket Holder account. Jackson County residents purchasing new season tickets with season parking at the Chiefs Ticket Office with documented proof of Jackson County property tax payment and a Photo ID (as set forth above) also will be exempt from the Parking User Fee.

CHIEFS SINGLE GAME TICKETS

Jackson County residents will also receive two (2) days of preferred ticket purchases for Chiefs single-game tickets, along with Chiefs current Season Ticket Holders and Sponsors. A two-day period will be established and posted on the Chiefs website with at least thirty (30) days notice outlining the on-sale and its requirements. Requirements will include purchase in person at the Chiefs Ticket Office with proof of Jackson County property tax payment and a Photo ID.

Parking: Beginning with the 2011 Chiefs season, Jackson County single-game purchasers who present a copy of their supporting property tax payment documentation and a Photo ID will be exempt from the Parking User Fee during the two-day presale at the Chiefs Ticket Office only. The parking must be purchased at that time or Jackson County taxpayers will be subject to the fee.

DISCOUNT ON SELECT MERCHANDISE & CONCESSIONS

Jackson County residents may purchase Chiefs gift cards (redeemable for concessions and novelties) at a 10% discount in person at the Chiefs Ticket Office during normal operating hours with documented proof of Jackson County property tax payment and a Photo ID. The gift card may be used at Chiefs fan stands, Team Store and main concession stands. The card may not be used for any purchase of alcohol, subject to governing laws.

OTHER EVENTS PROMOTED BY THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS

For events promoted exclusively by the Chiefs, Jackson County residents will receive a two-day preferred event-ticket purchase window, along with Chiefs current Season Ticket Holders and Sponsors. Such two-day sale periods will be established and posted on the Chiefs website with reasonable notice outlining the on-sale and its requirements. Chiefs will waive the Parking User Fee for Jackson County taxpayers purchasing tickets during such two-day periods in person at the Chiefs Ticket Office with documented proof of Jackson County property tax payment and a Photo ID.

OTHER EVENTS PROMOTED OR CO-PROMOTED BY A THIRD PARTY

For events promoted or co-promoted by a third party, the Chiefs will utilize good faith efforts to secure Jackson County residents a two-day preferred event-ticket purchase window, along with Chiefs current Season Ticket Holders and Sponsors. Chiefs will also attempt to waive the Parking User Fee for Jackson County taxpayers buying tickets at the Chiefs Ticket Office and providing documented proof of Jackson County property tax payment and a Photo ID. If successful in those efforts, a two-day period will be established and posted on the Chiefs website with reasonable notice outlining the on-sale and its requirements.

JACKSON COUNTY SPORTS AUTHORITY PARKING USER FEE (JCSCA PARKING USER FEE)

In October 2006, the Jackson County Sports Complex Authority amended its lease agreement with the Chiefs to create a “Parking User Fee” paid by the people who use Arrowhead Stadium to provide for the ongoing maintenance of the stadium. Starting with the 2011 event season, the Jackson County Sports Complex Authority will charge a $4.50-per-vehicle parking fee to provide for the maintenance of the stadium. The JCSCA parking fee will be waived for Jackson County taxpayers who pre-purchase their parking.
