Ticket Office: For assistance with tickets, please contact the Ticket Office at 816.920.9400 or ticketoffice@kccchiefs.org  during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Talk: The Customer Relations Hotline, 816.920.4237, is useful for patrons to obtain event day information, such as gate opening times, accessible seating and other game day related questions. Guests may call on event day from 8:30 a.m. to one hour postgame.

Visit: For immediate assistance on the Field and Upper Levels of the stadium go to a Fans First Booth presented by Sprint.  For guests with tickets in the Scout Investments Club Level visit one of the concierge desks.
