Concierge will be service representatives stationed on the Scout Investments Club Level. These positions will be used to usher fans to their correct seating locations. They will monitor their assigned area, crowd behavior, enforce the Fan Code of Conduct and resolve issues.
Courtesy Cart Drivers will provide mobility-challenged guests of Arrowhead Stadium with a convenient, easy way of getting from the parking lot to the stadium. Drivers must represent the Kansas City Chiefs in a professional, guest friendly manner. They will be required to accurately log all courtesy cart requests.
Environmental Cleaners stationed in restrooms are responsible for keeping the Arrowhead Stadium restrooms stocked, clean and free of debris and trash. Environmental Cleaners who are considered Pan and Broom attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining all floor areas on the concourse, spiral areas and aprons. This includes assisting in regulating trash can levels. You will assist in offering the best guest service to provide the greatest Fan Experience in the NFL.
Fans First Staff exemplify a high level of service, communication skills and general knowledge about Arrowhead Stadium to ensure all fans have a positive game day experience. You will be responsible for assisting with guest issues, directing and greeting guests, facilitating special programs and answering questions.

Club Level greeters will greet all guests, check tickets at the main access points of the Scout Investments Club Level, screen for elevator privileges and transport fans by elevators when necessary.


Be a part of the action inside Arrowhead Stadium. Guest Service Representatives will work inside the Stadium to insure all guests are provided the best Fan Experience in the NFL. Guest Service Reps will answer questions, provide direction and uphold the Fan Code of Conduct policy during all Arrowhead Events. In this position, it is necessary to be knowledgeable of all stadium policies and amenity locations to best serve our FANS. Candidates will spend the majority of the shift standing and walking stadium sections.

Be a part of the Guest Service Team by greeting every fan that enters Arrowhead Stadium. Ticket Scanners will validate admission for all 70,000+ fans that enter our gates on game day. Ticket Scanners will work in the elements and stand for the majority of their shift. We are looking for Outgoing, Guest Service minded candidates to fill these roles.

The tour guide position is a year around – part time position. Looking for energetic individuals with excellent communication skills to serve as Tour Guides for Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs. Provide in-depth knowledge of Arrowhead Stadium, Chiefs history and tradition while possessing superb communication skills and conveying information in an interesting manner. They will need to display responsibility of a group of people of all ages and abilities.

As a seasonal and part-time Utility Maintenance employee, you will assist the skilled maintenance personnel and may be assigned any and all general day-to-day operation including custodial and maintenance duties.
